Technology
- 404 DDC Panels using Siemens controllers, modules, and gateways (PXC & DX).
- 300 devices integrated via MSTP/BACnet, including FCUs and VAVs.
- 10 BMS Servers configured on Desigo CC V7 for monitoring, operation, and integration.
- 30 IP VLANs structured with BBMD for proper BMS networking.
- 1,000 MCC & EMCC units integrated via Modbus RTU.
- 1,000 PMUs integrated via Modbus RTU.
- 2 military medical centers connected to the BMS via VFC, including oxygen sensors in critical areas and CO sensors in parking areas interlocked with HVAC systems.
- Special control sequences and logics implemented for critical and sensitive areas.
- 7 chillers from TRANE and LIEBERT integrated.
- VRF systems from LG integrated via BACnet/IP.
- High-level integration of all 404 DDC panels and 3rd-party systems into BMS servers with SCADA for facility management, supporting 80,000 IO points without additional gateways.
- 6 BMS client workstations configured for operation alongside 10 BMS servers.
